What Data We Collect
Lead magnet sign-up forms
When you download the AI-Ready Finance guide, we collect your email address through a form submission. This is processed by Netlify Forms on our behalf.
Email correspondence
When you email hello@maebhcollins.com directly, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. Email is hosted by Google Workspace.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate geographic location. GA4 uses cookies to distinguish between visitors.
Hosting logs
Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically collects server access logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and pages requested. These are used for security and performance monitoring only.

- Google LLC (US) - analytics (GA4) and email hosting (Google Workspace). Google complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with any other third party for marketing purposes.

- Lead magnet emails: retained for up to 2 years. Deleted if no further engagement.
- Email correspondence: retained for the duration of any engagement, plus 7 years (Irish tax record-keeping requirements).
- Analytics data: retained for 14 months within Google Analytics, then automatically deleted.
- Hosting logs: retained for 30 days by Netlify.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:

- Erase your personal data (Article 17)
- Restrict processing of your personal data (Article 18)
