Commercial Finance Director
in a consumer goods, FMCG, retail, or ecommerce business where the FD is expected to contribute commercially, not just report. I want to be in the room where the decisions get made, not summarising them afterwards.
CFO
in a business that is growing, transforming, or internationalising. One where the finance function is expected to be an engine of value, not a cost centre. Ideally with digital, ecommerce, or international complexity.
Ecommerce Director
in a business that understands it needs commercial and financial discipline embedded in its ecommerce leadership. I bring both the operational ecommerce experience and the finance rigour that most candidates in this space do not have.

For businesses that need senior capability on a project or interim basis, I am available for focused engagements in:

I work at pace and deliver to a standard I would be comfortable defending in a board room or an audit.
Typical engagements run three to twelve months. I am open to shorter diagnostic or advisory work where the scope is clear.
